RTNC : Nouvel Habillage Visuel et Nouveau Logo pour un Changement de Mentalité
De l’Office Zaïrois de Radiodiffusion et Télévision (OZRT) à la Radio et Télévision Nationale Congolaise (RTNC) longtemps au « service de son maitre » le « prince régnant », depuis le Marechal Mobutu aux Kabila Laurent-Désiré et Joseph ; la télévision nationale serait-elle entrée dans son processus de « changement de mentalité pour un changement de narratif ?».
C’est ce que l’on peut croire avec la présentation du lundi 26 avril 2022 du relookage avec un nouvel habillage visuel ainsi qu’un nouveau logo, symbole de la « nouvelle identité » et du « démarrage d’un vaste projet de modernisation de ce vecteur » en présence du Premier Ministre Sama Lukonde et son Ministre de la Communication et des Médias Patrick Muyaya.
Dans cette démarche du renouveau, avec son slogan « VOTRE VOIX, VECTEUR DE L’UNITE NATIONALE », l’on annonce également une « nouvelle grille des programmes » pour marquer la célébration de l’an 1 du deuxième gouvernement du Chef de l’Etat Félix Tshisekedi.
C’est suite à un concours lancé et le vote du public via le site logo.rtnc.cd que 5 propositions avaient été retenues avant le dernier choix. La RTNC, chaîne nationale ; à l’image de ses consœurs du monde, voulant ainsi entrer dans le processus de la modernité.
Un nouveau challenge
Un vaste chantier et un grand challenge qui devrait d’abord commencer par l’amélioration des conditions de vie des fonctionnaires et journalistes ainsi que de leur cadre matériel de travail, les studios de la radiotélévision et l’imposant bâtiment de 22 étages abritant le siège de la RTNC., tout est en « décomposition » sans les différents régimes qui se sont succédés n’en fassent quelque chose.
Construit par les français fin des années 1970, cet immeuble à usage administratif et commercial comme l’ensemble des structures, symboles de la radiotélévision nationale sont dans un état de délabrement pas digne d’un pays qui se veut grand depuis plus de trois décennies.
