Bukavu : taxe de numérotation des véhicules, la mairie a mobilisé 24.550fc pendant six mois, Amka Congo n'y croit pas (Paulin Mulume).
La mairie de Bukavu a lancé depuis 2018, la taxe de numérotation des véhicules de transport en commun en ville et cette dernière s'élève à 75 dollars américains par véhicule. C'était dans l'objectif de lutter contre l'insécurité et banditisme urbain à Bukavu.
Lors de la présentation des réalisations de l'hôtel de Ville, le maire à travers ses services techniques a fait savoir qu'au cours du premier semestre de l'année en cours la taxe sur numérotation des véhicules n'a mobilisé que 24.550 franc Congolais, soit moins d'un tiers de ladite taxe.
Le collectif des mouvements citoyens Amka Congo n'a pas entendu de bonne oreille ce chiffre.
"Comment expliquer que pendant 6 mois, la mairie réalise cette modique somme pourtant un seul véhicule paie 75 dollars américains"? s'interroge M. Paulin Mulume, militant du collectif Amka Congo.
Il soutient que cette annonce du maire Mechac Bilubi pourrait laisser croire que la mairie de Bukavu entretien un réseau de détournement des fonds publics.
